About Us
Welcome to Normandy Estates. We hope you enjoy your home and neighborhood. The web page has been designed to provide you with a little bit of the history of the community and a convenient location for important documents regarding your homeowner association. Frequently used phone numbers can be found inside all the issues of the Normandy News, and your neighbors or members of the board are available if you have additional questions.
In an effort to make sure that all homeowners have easy access to the rules and covenants that govern our neighborhood, a copy is included in the Directory (which is delivered to all properties) as well as on this web site. Information on how to obtain approval from the architectural control Committee (ACC) for improvements or additions to your property is also located in the directory, and within the Governing Documents section of the web site. If you have questions or concerns about any of the covenants or the approval process, please feel free to contact one of the Board of Directors between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm. The Normandy News is a monthly publication mailed to all Normandy Estates homeowners. The Normandy News newsletter is the primary vehicle for public notification to Normandy Estates homeowners, and the information it contains serves as constructive notice. Homeowners in Normandy Estates have a responsibility for the information it contains. Recent copies of the Normandy News are also available on this web site.
The annual homeowner’s meeting is held on the second Tuesday of April at 7:00 PM and provides a good opportunity to meet some of your neighbors. The annual homeowner’s dues are mandatory and are collected in May, due by May 31st (more specific details can be found in your Directory). The payment form is on the Normandy Estates website and is published in the May and June issues of the Normandy Estates newsletter.
The Normandy Estates Improvement Association (NEIA) Board of Directors meets on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 pm and all meetings are open to the residents. Meetings are held at Normandy Estates Pool Clubhouse.
NEIA sponsors various community activities throughout the year and has several committees. If you are interested in volunteering for community tasks or events, please call a NEIA Board Member.
