Advertising in Newsletter

The Normandy Newsletter reaches 343 homeowners/residents of Normandy Estates every month. The digital newsletter is delivered to residents via email and displays in full color. The printed newsletter is delivered via mail to those residents who have not opted in for the electronic newsletter and it displays in black and white due to printing costs.
 
Normandy Residents Only are able to use the online classifieds and the Newsletter Classifieds for free. Residents are  welcome to list for sale items, wanted items, and services.
  • Online Classified can be accessed by logging into our website and going to the Classifieds
  • Newletter Classified require sending you request to the Newsletter Editor at nenewsletter@msn.com. Please include your name and your home address in the email.
 
Steps required to run an advertisement with in our newsletter
  1. Select your Advertising Rate:
    Normandy Estates Resident Rates (residents must include Name and Address in the email):
    6 months = $200
    12 month = $300
     
    Non-resident Rates:
    6 months =  $300
    12 months = $600 

  2. Newsletter Advertising Terms:
    • 6-month advertisers will have their advertisements appear in 4 printed Newsletters and 6 monthly email blasts.
    • 12-month advertisers will have their advertisements appear in 8 printed Newsletters and 12 monthly email blast.
    • Total ad space will depend on the number of advertisers but the minimum advertisement will be 1/6 of a page and a maximum size of 1/4 of a page.

  4. Submit your advertising copy
