NEIA Annual Dues

What you need to know:
 
  • DO NOT USE VENMO or Paypal for any payments. Any previous VENMO link is not valid.
 
  • 2025 HOA Annual Dues are $100 for the 2025-2026 year.  Invoices were mailed in April 2025 to all homes in NEIA.  A copy of the blank Invoice can be found here
