NEIA Annual Dues

What you need to know:
 
  • DO NOT USE VENMO for any payments. Last year's VENMO link is no longer tied to NEIA's accounts
  • 2024 HOA Annual Dues are $100 for the 2024-2025 year.  Invoices were mailed the first week of May.  A copy of the blank Invoice can be found here
 
  • The 2023 annual HOA dues were $100. All payments made after June 30th, 2023 are considered late and will be assessed late fees.  Please contact NEIA Treasurer for an up-to-date account balance.
