The NEIA annual dues payment is due by 5/31/2018.
The 2017-2018 Homeowner Dues Payment Schedule is:
The Homeowner Dues Late Fee Schedule: By resolution adopted at the April 9, 2002 Annual Meeting of the Normandy Estates Improvement Association, a late fee will be charged for dues not paid by June 30 each year. The late fee shall be 25 percent of the annual dues as determined by the Board of Directors at each annual meeting, which shall be applied cumulatively for each quarter the dues are not paid.
