Living in Normandy Estates
We’re glad you’ve chosen to make Normandy Estates your home. This website is designed to give you quick access to important HOA documents, community updates, and helpful resources. You’ll also find a bit of neighborhood history, recent newsletters, and contact information if you need assistance.
Governing Documents & Architectural Requests
To ensure Normandy Estates remains a beautiful and cohesive community, homeowners are expected to follow the neighborhood’s covenants and rules. Copies are delivered in the community Directory and are always available here on the website under Governing Documents. If you plan to make improvements or additions to your property, please review the guidelines and submit a request to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Step-by-step instructions can be found in the Directory and on this site. If you have questions about the covenants or approval process, Board members are available daily between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
The Normandy News
Our monthly newsletter, The Normandy News, is mailed to all homeowners and serves as the official source of community announcements and reminders. It includes important phone numbers, updates from the Board, and upcoming events. Recent issues are also posted on this website for your convenience.
